May is National Youth Traffic Safety Month™ and we are excited to support the National Organization for Youth Safety® in their effort to promote safe driving habits for teen drivers. We will be working with NBC5 in Dallas to promote and highlight the importance of helping teens learn how to drive safely.

One of the best parts of working for a technology company is how our PocketFinder Personal and Vehicle Locators continue to help so many different communities across the country and spreading around the world. From families with teen drivers to moms with special needs children, technology in the last decade has played a massive role in enhancing the communication, coordination and connectivity between our loved ones.
PocketFinder is excited to help sponsor two devices for Forestview Middle School’s “High Altitude Balloon Launch” located in North Central Minnesota. The class consists of 4 instructors and 13 students from 7th and 8th grade. While only 13 were chosen to be a part of this amazing opportunity, the invitation to apply was extended to all students.
The list of applications for PocketFinder GPS location devices grows with each new activation. Thanks to a team of Middle School students and teachers, that list of applications is soaring sky-high…literally.

The holiday season is a wonderful time of year. It is the time when we focus on the joys of giving and the gratitude of someone else’s generosity. This is a time of year when people consider the different ways they can contribute to causes outside of gift giving within their immediate family.
The world is full of amazing organizations, charities and individuals who volunteer to make them possible. We start to see more of these individuals amongst the chaos of holiday shopping. They take time to stand outside of stores and announce the cause they are fighting for.
