Carmel 9/11 Memorial Journey

The Carmel 9/11 Resolve & Remembrance Memorial is a cross-country tour that will bring a piece of original World Trade Center steel across the United States to it’s final destination in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. Along the way, the steel will be driven from one destination to the next and exchanged by hand from one fire department to the next and by hand from first-responder to first-responder. It will also make stops at schools and firehouses in the cities it will visit.

PocketFinder donated a GPS locator for the memorial box so you can locate the steel along the journey. The device was used so that Americans could be a part of the historic journey.

We are also donating $9.11 for every GPS Locator that we sell on this website to the FireFighter’s Fund. We want to show our support for the first responders during the attack on 9/11 and today’s first responders all over the nation.
